This even represents the cutting-edge of the fashion events industry. Volunteers can be anyone seeking experience in major events planning, fashion media or fashion industry marketing. For the opportunity to be involved as a volunteer, please email a resume and cover letter detailing your past experience or current interest in the fashion industry or runway projects. Based on this information, our volunteer coordinator will send you a choice of assignments to choose from.


Volunteer areas include but are not limited to:

  • Ushers
  • Seamstress
  • Media wranglers
  • Goody-bag handlers
  • Dressers for back-stage
  • Assistance for the front of the house
  • Production staff for stage setup and breakdown
  • Coordinators for food and beverages for production staff

Side Note:

Please make certain that you are able to fulfill whatever tasks or duties you commit to. Volunteers, in any capacity, are a vital part of event planning, and at times can be the backbone of a charity event. It is important that participating volunteers understand their duties and approach their commitments with the full intention of fulfilling their obligations. In the event that you cannot fulfill these commitments please contact the volunteer coordinator immediately so that others might take over your obligations. Make every attempt to be punctual to meetings, information sessions and arrive promptly at your stations when scheduled. Volunteers who seem unable to continue with their obligations on a concurrent basis will be released for the benefit of both parties.
